• Lead hands-on creative workshops, private parties, and special events
• Teach projects step-by-step in an approachable and engaging way
• Welcome guests and set the tone for a fun, relaxed experience

• Prepare and organize materials before workshops
• Oversee setup, cleanup, and studio reset for your events
• Coordinate with Studio Assistants during workshops
• Keep track of guest projects and any necessary finishing or pickup details
• Learn and become comfortable teaching Ivy Mane’s rotating workshop offerings
• Help maintain an organized, stocked, and welcoming studio
• Communicate any guest issues, supply needs, or event notes to the studio team

Who We’re Looking For

• Enjoy hands-on creative work and learning new techniques
• Can give clear instructions while keeping the experience fun and conversational
• Are dependable, organized, and able to take ownership of a shift

• Are comfortable working independently without constant direction
• Care about the little details that make an experience feel thoughtful
• Have experience teaching, leading groups, working events, hospitality, art education, camps, workshops, or another guest-facing role
