We are currently seeking experienced Leading Hand HD Fitters to join our WA operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll lead maintenance crews, coordinate daily workloads, and ensure our underground mining fleet operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. Working on a modern fleet of underground equipment, you'll play a key role in driving equipment availability while mentoring and supporting your team.

What You'll Bring

• Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification - (Australian recognised)
• Current S26 Certification (Or Willing to obtain)
• Current Manual Driver's Licence
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Previous Leading Hand or supervisory experience (Highly regarded)
• Underground mobile equipment maintenance experience (Preferred)
• Willingness to supervise high risk tasks underground
• Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Willingness to obtain or provide a current National Police Clearance
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Safety-focused with a team-oriented mindset
