Workshop Manager (BYD)

You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the workshop, ensuring that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.  This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining equipment and tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement BYD HQ or DISTRIBUTOR Auto-related policies and management requirements;
• Responsible for workshop scheduling, overall planning and coordination of workshop

production resources, and improving production efficiency;

• Manage, calibrate and maintain shop equipment;
• Responsible for workshop maintenance quality control;
• Assess and evaluate the performance of workshop personnel;
• Responsible for on-site 6S management in the workshop;

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience in managing workshop operations and inventory
• Good planning and organization skills
• Process-driven, highly motivated and results-oriented
• Possess a valid Class 3 driver’s license
