Workshop Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the car workshop efficiently.
• Supervise technicians and allocate jobs according to their skills.
• Ensure high-quality servicing and repairs of luxury vehicles.
• Monitor workshop productivity, job completion, and turnaround time.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and handle technical complaints.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts, and Sales departments.
• Ensure proper use of diagnostic tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
• Monitor warranty claims, repair estimates, and service costs.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, safety, and quality procedures.
• Train and motivate the workshop team to achieve performance targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in an automotive workshop
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repair procedures.
• Experience with premium car brands and manufacturer standards is preferred.
• Proven experience managing technicians and workshop operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
