Workshop Manager

Job Summary

The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality output. This role involves managing a team, optimizing workflows, and maintaining a well-organized workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures, conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets the highest standards.
• Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project updates and specifications, managing client expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Budget Management: Monitor and optimize resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints.
