Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and safety
• Lead, motivate, and develop workshop teams to achieve operational goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Manage the regional budget, resources, and compliance requirements
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor key KPIs to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded
• Experience in the automotive industry

• Proven experience in workshop management, ideally within the service or manufacturing sectors
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Demonstrated operational and business improvement capability
• Hands-on approach and familiarity with workshop safety standards and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Reality check:
This role is site-based across multiple workshops in the West Region, requiring occasional travel between locations. A hands-on leadership style and a focus on operational excellence are essential.
