Workshop Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Workshop Manager to manage and supervise our CNC/VMC machine shop operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machining, workshop management, production planning, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the CNC/VMC machine shop.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Supervise machine operators, technicians, and workshop staff.
• Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and resources.
• Monitor machining quality and ensure adherence to required specifications.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, Purchase, and other departments.
• Identify and resolve machine, production, and process-related issues.
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of CNC/VMC machines and workshop equipment.
• Maintain workshop discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping.
• Monitor productivity, rejection, downtime, and overall workshop performance.
• Implement process improvements to improve productivity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification: Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• Experience: Having 10years to 12 years hands on experience in CNC / VMC machine shop operations and workshop management.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and production practices.
• Good leadership, team-handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should be willing to relocate to Mehsana, Gujarat.
