Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Service Engineer to diagnoses equipment problems and determine repairs needed
• Assisting Engineer to Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts
• Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassemblingand replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Attending site repairs jobs of clients. Carry out Hydraulic repair jobs
• Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure that the work done
• Write Service Reports
• Peforming any other duties assigned by the Managers
• To be involved with the Maintenance of Hire Equipment as and when required
• Assisting to Truck Repair Section

Requirement:

• Must have experience in heavy duty equipment like CAT/ KOMASTU/ VOLVO
• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect the faults and malfunctions
• Determine extent of repair required
• Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
• Test repaired equipment for proper performance
• Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes
• Analytical and problem solving skillsThe ability to think logically and keep up with changes in technology

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduation in Mechanical – Engineering / Diploma.
• Work shop Manager for HEMM having minimum 5 year exp with heavy duty CAT / KOMASTU VOLVO mining Dumper / Excavator / Wheelloader
• Work experience in Mining Crusher is Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
