Workshop Manager

• Manage daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise technicians and service staff and monitor their performance.
• Ensure timely vehicle servicing, quality repairs, and vehicle delivery.
• Achieve monthly service revenue and workshop productivity targets.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Service and Spare Parts departments.
• Monitor pending vehicles, repeat repairs, and workshop efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Honda service guidelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
