Honda Two-Wheeler Dealership
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise technicians, service advisors, and workshop staff.
- Ensure quality repairs, timely vehicle delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor workshop productivity, labour sales, and service targets.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain service quality standards and follow Honda guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Spare Parts and Billing Departments.
Requirements:
- Experience in workshop management, preferably in a two-wheeler dealership.
- Technical knowledge of two-wheelers and workshop operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.
Location: Udaipur
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
