Duties

• Supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for machinery, tools, and equipment to maximize operational efficiency
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of technicians, providing guidance on technical tasks and safety protocols
• Oversee inventory management of hand tools, power tools, and spare parts to ensure availability and proper storage
• Conduct quality inspections on completed work to guarantee adherence to safety standards and customer expectations
• Implement safety procedures and conduct regular training sessions to promote a safe working environment
• Collaborate with other departments to plan project timelines, resource allocation, and technical requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workshop management or a similar supervisory role within a mechanical or technical environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
