Workshop Manager

• Manage day-to-day operations of the car workshop.
• Supervise and guide technicians, mechanics, and support staff.
• Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance of cars.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles.
• Handle job cards, work allocation, and monitor progress.
• Maintain spare parts stock and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
• Ensure workshop equipment and tools are in good condition.
• Implement and maintain safety & quality standards.
• Interact with customers, understand issues, and resolve complaints effectively.
• Prepare reports on workshop performance, productivity, and revenue.
• Train and upskill workshop staff on new technologies and repair methods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
