Workshop Manager

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, maintenance activities, and technical staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining equipment, coordinating repairs, and meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop operations and maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians, mechanics, and workshop support staff.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor repair work to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Inspect tools, machinery, and workshop equipment regularly.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment usage.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.
• Coordinate work schedules and allocate tasks to team members.
• Prepare maintenance reports and update management on workshop performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop management or maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of workshop equipment, maintenance procedures, and repair processes.
• Experience supervising technical teams and coordinating daily activities.
• Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan maintenance schedules and manage work priorities.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
