Workshop Manager - Quick Service

Organize and plan the daily activities of the workshop. Supervise maintenance and quick repair operations: oil changes, filters, brakes, battery, tires, fluid levels, etc. Distribute tasks among the technicians and monitor the progress of interventions. Check the quality of the work performed before the vehicles leave the workshop. Ensure the monitoring of vehicle condition and the traceability of interventions. Identify anomalies and repair needs and escalate them to management. Ensure the availability of necessary parts, tools, and consumables. Supervise, support, and monitor the technical team. Enforce safety, hygiene, and workshop organization rules. Collaborate with the sales, inventory, and operations teams to ensure vehicle availability. Prepare regular reports on activity, interventions, and any anomalies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Training in automotive mechanics, automotive maintenance, or a related field. Proven professional experience in an automotive workshop. Experience supervising or managing a technical team is highly desirable. Strong command of automotive maintenance and repair procedures. Ability to diagnose common technical problems. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. Leadership, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Fluency in French; Arabic is an asset.
