Workshop Manager / Service Advisor

• Control workflow for workshop
• Customer Service
• Supervise Staff
• Allocate jobs to Technicians
• Order parts, manage suppliers and control stock
• Administration duties
• Invoicing, purchases and processing payments.
• Scheduling diaries
• Maintenance and upkeep of essential records on a daily and weekly basis.
• Be the first point of contact with customers either in by telephone/email, seeking to convert customer enquiries, when appropriate, to sales/service bookings.
• Providing direct support to the Service technicians.
• Support other departments where required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €32,000.00 per year
