3. Job Responsibilities

Overall Workshop Operation Management: Take full charge of daily workshop operation, production planning, resource allocation and on-site management. Formulate annual, quarterly and monthly production plans, reasonably arrange manpower, equipment and materials to ensure all production targets are completed on time, with qualified quality and full quantity.

Productivity & Cost Control: Monitor the whole production process, track production progress, capacity utilization and product yield rate, identify and resolve production bottlenecks. Optimize production processes, implement cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement measures, control workshop consumption, energy cost and overall production expenses, and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Equipment & Process Management: Based on mechanical, electrical and automation professional knowledge, oversee daily equipment inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and routine upkeep. Establish complete equipment ledgers and maintenance systems. Cooperate with the technical team to optimize automated production lines and manufacturing processes, standardize operating procedures, and minimize equipment failure rates.

6S & Safety Management: Implement 6S on-site standardized management for the production workshop. Standardize operating workflows and staff working behaviors. Establish and improve the workshop safety management system, implement safety production responsibilities, conduct regular safety training and hazard inspections, and prevent safety and quality accidents.

Team Management & Development: Responsible for workshop staff recruitment, training, scheduling, performance appraisal and daily administration. Build a stable, high-efficiency production team. Organize skill training, optimize team collaboration, resolve on-site staff issues, improve team cohesion and execution, and reduce turnover rate.

Data Analysis & System Optimization: Collect and analyze daily, weekly and monthly production data, complete operational reports and data reviews. Summarize problems in production, quality, safety and efficiency, continuously optimize workshop management systems and operation processes, and promote refined and standardized factory management.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Cooperate with sales, technical, quality inspection, procurement and warehouse departments. Synchronize order demands, production progress, material status and quality feedback, coordinate and resolve on-site operational issues to ensure smooth production operation.

4. Job Requirements

Educational Background: College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Factory Management or related majors. Solid professional knowledge with a clear understanding of factory operation, equipment principles and production workflows.

Work Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of manufacturing production and operation management experience, including at least 3 years of management experience in supervisor/manager level.

Hard requirements: Over 3 years of working experience in manufacturing enterprises; Over 3 years of working and living experience in Dubai, UAE. Familiar with local UAE factory operation standards and local industrial environment; Middle East manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Professional Skills: Proficient in production workflow management, 6S on-site management, safety standards and production cost control. Familiar with mechanical equipment, electrical control systems and automated production line operation and optimization. Capable of production scheduling, process improvement, and independently handling on-site production, equipment and personnel emergencies.

Comprehensive Competencies: Strong overall planning ability, team management skills, communication and coordination skills, and pressure resistance. Logical thinking, high responsibility and execution. Familiar with standardized factory management and capable of implementing refined operational management.

Additional Requirements:

Open exclusively for Chinese nationals. Fluent in English, capable of full English workplace communication, report writing, and daily coordination with local employees and UAE business partners.

Able to adapt to UAE factory working schedules and overseas working environment.

With overseas manufacturing enterprise management experience

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
