  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, WHS legislation and industry best practices.

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Diesel Technician, Mobile Plant Technician or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Workshop Supervisor or similar leadership role.

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with workshop administration, quotations and job costing.
  • A strong focus on quality workmanship and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Sound computer skills, including experience with diagnostic software and workshop management systems.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
