Job Position:– Workshop Supervisor

Experience:- 1 -2 years
Location:- Aluva, Kerala
Salary:- ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:-

• Supervise and manage the entire workshop team.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day workshop operations.
• Coordinate with technicians and other staff to complete work on time.
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Maintain proper discipline and workflow within the workshop.
• Handle basic operational issues and coordinate with management when required.

Requirements:-

• Previous experience in workshop supervision or a similar role preferred.
• Good team management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle and coordinate a team effectively.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates from nearby locations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
