What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Coordinate daily workflow, schedule machinery usage, and optimize production or repair rates.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, recruit, train, and mentor mechanics, technicians, or operational staff.
- Maintenance & Equipment: Ensure routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and proper upkeep of all tools and motorized equipment.
- Safety & Quality Control: Enforce workplace safety regulations, maintain quality standards, and minimize operational hazards.
- Inventory & Budgeting: Monitor inventory levels, order spare parts, manage stock control, and adhere to allocated budgets.
- Customer & Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with clients, manage service expectations, and provide accurate job estimates or progress reports
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
