Workshop Supervisor

W*e are looking for a Workshop Supervisor* for our busy industrial painting and blasting workshop in Jebel Ali. We need a leader who understands mechanical equipment and can manage a factory floor. You will guide the workers, make sure jobs are finished on time, and keep our machines running smoothly.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):-

• Lead the Team: Manage and give daily tasks to our team of industrial blasters and painters.
• Fix & Maintain Machines: Take care of workshop machinery like air compressors, blasting pots, and airless spray paint pumps. Troubleshoot mechanical problems quickly.
• Check Quality: Inspect the finished work to make sure the cleaning (blasting) and painting are done correctly according to technical standards.
• Safety First: Make sure all workers wear their safety gear (masks, helmets, boots) and follow workshop safety rules.
• Track Materials: Monitor the usage of paint, thinners, and blasting grit so nothing is wasted.

What We Need From You (Requirements)

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in a painting workshop, steel factory, or shipyard.
• Mechanical Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of how to maintain and repair pneumatic tools, compressors, and spray pumps.
• Skills: Good leadership skills and a problem-solving attitude.
• Language: Must speak English. Speaking Hindi is a big help.

Pay: AED24.65 - AED561.93 per day
