Workshop Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to take charge of the workshop floor at a busy multibrand automobile workshop in Dubai. You will run day-to-day operations, keep jobs moving efficiently, and maintain the quality standards our clients expect — including a high-profile clientele who require a professional, discreet, and polished service experience.

This role reports directly to the Workshop Manager and requires someone who has already run a workshop floor and can lead a team of technicians with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

l Supervise and coordinate daily workshop floor operations across multiple vehicle brands

l Plan, allocate, and monitor workflow to maximise productivity and on-time delivery

l Lead, motivate, and coach a team of technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance

l Inspect completed work and enforce quality control standards before vehicle handover

l Manage job cards, workshop scheduling, and progress reporting to the Workshop Manager

l Handle high-profile and VIP clients directly with professionalism, discretion, and clear communication

l Coordinate with parts, service advisors, and management to avoid delays

l Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and housekeeping standards

l Ensure health and safety regulations are consistently followed

Requirements:

l Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or similar supervisory role on a multibrand automobile workshop floor

l Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work across multiple vehicle brands

l Demonstrated experience dealing with high-profile clients and delivering a premium service experience

l Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

l Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs simultaneously

l Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

l Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
