About the Role

 As a Workshop Technician, you will provide workshop service, as well as field support with our Service Technicians as required. You would be required to provide our customers with professional and quality products and service. As a successful candidate, you would be required to be available for overtime periodically.

Key Responsibilities

 * Provide customer service and support.

* Diagnose and replace hydraulic hoses and fittings.

* Assemble hydraulic hose products to specification.

* Undertake repairs of products and equipment.

* Provide support to field service technicians as required.

* Maintain accurate service records and stock control.

* Provide the highest quality workmanship and technical support.

* Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills and Experience

·         Trade qualified in relevant industry. (minimum Cert III)

·         Experience in hydraulics, diesel fitting, plant / automotive mechanics or related industry preferred.

·         Strong problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail essential.

·         Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on time management.

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·         Current unrestricted Australian drivers license.
