Workshop/Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

Expro Overseas Inc. is seeking a Workshop/Maintenance Coordinator to join our engineering maintenance team in Songkhla on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop facilities and maintenance operations. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, managing workshop resources, and ensuring that all equipment and systems are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential to supporting our operational excellence and maintaining the safety and efficiency of our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Basic hands-on electrical/mechanical repair and troubleshooting within competency.
• Preventive maintenance and routine inspection of common base facilities/equipment.
• Electrical monthly checks, wash bay, pressure test bay, air compressor, lighting, water/drainage and other facility items.
• Diesel/fuel monitoring and basic utility control.
• Follow-up and close-out of QHSE/facility maintenance actions.
• Coordinate contractors/vendors for larger repair work and verify completion.
• Maintain a simple maintenance schedule, open action list and status update for the base.
• Support general workshop/yard condition, housekeeping and facility readiness.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a maintenance coordination or workshop management role, ideally within an engineering or industrial environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to coordinate effectively with diverse teams
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance principles and practices
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and standards
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in maintenance or engineering disciplines are desirable
