We are a family entertainment and educational destination in Qatar offering interactive experiences inspired by nature, animals, agriculture, crafts, and local heritage.

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Workshops & Activities Specialist to develop, prepare, and personally deliver workshops and activities for children and families.

This is a practical, field-based role. The successful candidate will not only coordinate activities but will actively prepare materials, conduct workshops, teach children, engage with families, and take responsibility for the daily readiness of the workshop area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative workshops and activities suitable for children and families.
• Personally conduct and lead workshops and interactive activities.
• Teach and guide children in a friendly, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Create and test new workshop concepts before implementation.
• Prepare tools, materials, and supplies required for each activity.
• Set up and organize the workshop area before and after each session.
• Develop weekly, seasonal, and special-event activity schedules.
• Create activities related to arts & crafts, heritage, agriculture, nature, and educational experiences.
• Monitor materials and inventory and identify purchasing requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
• Ensure the safety of children and visitors during activities.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve workshops and visitor experiences.
• Coordinate with external craftsmen or instructors when specialized workshops are required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in children’s activities, workshops, arts & crafts, education, events, or a similar field is preferred.
• Comfortable working directly with children and families.
• Creative, energetic, patient, and outgoing personality.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Hands-on ability to work with different materials and craft tools.
• Good organization and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for the workshop area.
• Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
• Must be able to commute reliably to the work location.

Employment Details:

• Full-time, fixed-term contract.
• Contract duration: 6 months.
• 6 working days per week with 1 day off.
• No accommodation or transportation provided.
• Female applicants only.

نحن وجهة عائلية ترفيهية وتعليمية في قطر، نقدم تجارب تفاعلية مستوحاة من الطبيعة والحيوانات والزراعة والحرف والتراث المحلي.

نبحث عن أخصائية ورش وأنشطة مبدعة وعملية لتطوير وتجهيز وتقديم الورش والأنشطة بشكل مباشر للأطفال والعائلات.

هذه وظيفة ميدانية وتنفيذية، وليست وظيفة تنسيق أو إشراف فقط. ستكون الموظفة مسؤولة بشكل مباشر عن تجهيز المواد، تقديم الورش، تعليم الأطفال، التفاعل مع العائلات، وضمان جاهزية منطقة الورش بشكل يومي.

المهام الرئيسية:

• ابتكار وتطوير ورش وأنشطة مناسبة للأطفال والعائلات.
• تقديم وتنفيذ الورش والأنشطة التفاعلية بشكل مباشر.
• تعليم الأطفال وشرح الأنشطة بطريقة ممتعة وبسيطة.
• ابتكار وتجربة أفكار ورش جديدة قبل اعتمادها.
• تجهيز الأدوات والخامات والمواد المطلوبة لكل نشاط.
• تجهيز وتنظيم مساحة الورش قبل وبعد كل نشاط.
• إعداد جداول للورش الأسبوعية والموسمية والفعاليات الخاصة.
• تطوير أنشطة مرتبطة بالفنون والحرف والتراث والزراعة والطبيعة والتجارب التعليمية.
• متابعة المواد والمخزون وتحديد احتياجات الشراء.
• المحافظة على نظافة وتنظيم وسلامة منطقة الورش.
• ضمان سلامة الأطفال والزوار أثناء تنفيذ الأنشطة.
• متابعة ملاحظات الزوار والعمل على تطوير الورش والتجارب باستمرار.
• التنسيق مع الحرفيين أو المدربين الخارجيين عند الحاجة إلى ورش متخصصة.

المتطلبات:

• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في أنشطة الأطفال أو الورش أو الفنون والحرف أو التعليم أو الفعاليات.
• القدرة على التعامل المباشر مع الأطفال والعائلات.
• شخصية مبدعة ونشيطة وصبورة واجتماعية.
• مهارات جيدة في الشرح والتقديم والتواصل.
• القدرة على تنفيذ الأعمال اليدوية واستخدام الأدوات والخامات المختلفة.
• مهارات جيدة في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت.
• القدرة على العمل باستقلالية وتحمل مسؤولية منطقة الورش.
• يفضل إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• القدرة على الوصول إلى موقع العمل بشكل منتظم.

تفاصيل الوظيفة:

• دوام كامل بعقد محدد المدة.
• مدة العقد: 6 أشهر.
• 6 أيام عمل أسبوعيًا مع يوم إجازة واحد.
• لا يتم توفير سكن أو مواصلات.
• الوظيفة مخصصة للمتقدمات من النساء.

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
