We are a Property Management & Maintenance company that manages in-house and 3rd party maintenance for residential houses and apartments in Onondaga and Oswego County. We are looking for a new team member (or 2) to join our team and provide VIP customer service to our growing customer base.

Work changes everyday, new places to go, new problems to solve, new challenges to overcome. Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation, be timely, reliable, able to work alone and with the team, desire to learn and grow with the company.

We are looking for 1099s (Independent Contractors) or W2 Employees to be a part of our inner circle for preferred vendors. You can be the first one we call. We need all different skill sets and are open to you learning on the job. New to being a 1099, we can lay it out for you to set yourself up as a DBA or LLC. Already a 1099, great! We can add you to our list of preferred vendors.

First Interview will be over the phone. Second interview will be face to face at our office or on a job site.

We are looking for a reliable Handyman to join our team and perform upkeep work/repair tasks at the interior and exterior level. We own and operate several rental properties in Onondaga and Oswego County, ranging from single family houses to apartment buildings. We’ll rely on you to keep our properties in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. Working well with your hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a qualified candidate. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. We will provide training in any and all aspects of the job if you bring a willingness to learn attitude.

Skills & Responsibilities

• Trust, honesty and communication are vital parts to this position.
• Must have own transportation
• Ability to pull trailer is a plus but not required.
• Needs to keep work site clean and organized
• Perform maintenance and light repairs: Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, drywall, paint, carpentry, tile, masonry, etc. (We will provide training for any or all)
• Repair equipment or appliances (a plus but not required)
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow, landscaping, occasional night and weekend service calls)
• Identify and report the need for major repairs
• We provide the availability for training if you bring the desire and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
