• Musical Leader: Strong enough musically to earn trust in a skilled room. They can lead vocally, guide a band, shape arrangements, make song calls, and create worship moments that feel alive rather than programmed.
• Courageous Builder: Brings “say it with your chest” leadership. They make hard calls, develop people, address what needs to be addressed, and build a healthier worship culture without becoming harsh.
• Selfless Developer: Builds a team that goes beyond themselves. They recruit, audition, shepherd, empower, and release worship leaders, musicians, and MDs so Ironwood has a plurality of strong voices.
• Clear Communicator: Communicates with clarity, warmth, and follow-through. They are direct without being careless, organized without being rigid, and trustworthy with volunteers, staff, and production.
