What You'll Do As a High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator, you will:

• Facilitate child and family team meetings
• Coordinate services across agencies and systems
• Help families identify and build on their strengths
• Develop formal and informal support networks
• Advocate for family voice and choice in all planning
• Support families in achieving greater independence from formal systems
• Assist youth and families in creating and achieving their unique vision for success

Qualifications: Required

Option 1

• High School Diploma/GED
• Plus 6 years of experience working with individuals, families, and children in behavioral health services, including experience with abused, neglected, or traumatized children, adults, and/or families

OR

Option 2

• Associate Degree in Social Services, Human Services, or related field
• Plus 4 years of relevant experience

OR

Option 3

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Human Services, or related field
• Plus 2 years of relevant experience

OR

Option 4

• Master's Degree in Social Services or related field
• Plus 1 year of relevant experience

Preferred

Bilingual (Spanish/English)
