Wrecker Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety protocols. The Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining positive relationships with clients. All employees must pass a background check a full panel drug test. Reliable transportation to work is a must!

MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERINCE.

Duties

• Operate various types of vehicles, including flatbed trucks and tow trucks
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Example how to jump start a vehicle and change a tire.
• Manage conflicts professionally and effectively when they arise during transportation or delivery processes.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair and diagnostics is a plus.
• Proficient experience with flatbed wreckers.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
• Conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
