Job Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, engaging and brand-aligned content across multiple platforms, including websites, e-commerce platforms, blogs, social media, email marketing, press releases and marketing collateral.
• Plan, coordinate and manage content calendars and deliverables, working closely with internal teams, creative partners and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and manage social media content, including ideation, copywriting, visual asset coordination, scheduling and publishing.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, topics, hashtags, platform features and content formats to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Review, edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, tone of voice and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Work with social media influencers, videographers, photographers, agencies and other external partners to support campaigns, activations and events.
• Apply SEO best practices and leverage content and digital analytics to improve search visibility, website performance and user engagement.
• Ensure all content reflects a premium, wellness-focused hospitality positioning and communicates the brand story consistently across relevant touchpoints.
• Support marketing campaigns, launches and other communications initiatives as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Prerequisites

• Minimum 5 years of professional writing and content creation experience, with at least 3 years of experience in wellness, hospitality, luxury lifestyle or a related industry.
• Exceptional English writing, editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to tone, detail and brand consistency.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling and engaging narratives for different audiences and platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends and digital marketing practices.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in content development and execution.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in content management systems, SEO tools, social media management platforms and other relevant digital tools.
• Experience working with creative agencies, influencers, photographers, videographers and other external partners will be an advantage.
• A genuine interest in wellness, hospitality, lifestyle and premium guest experiences would be advantageous.
