HOF Migration is a Dubai-based immigration consultancy specialising in U.S. EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions. We are looking for a sharp, research-driven writer to join our remote petition writing team.

What You Will Do

Draft EB-2 NIW petition narratives, proposed endeavour statements, and supporting legal arguments for clients across a range of professional fields. You will research U.S. federal policy, synthesise evidence into persuasive legal arguments, and prepare submissions that meet USCIS standards under Matter of Dhanasar.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong written English — clear, precise, and professional
• Ability to research independently using primary government and institutional sources
• Analytical thinking — you read carefully, spot gaps, and ask the right questions
• Discipline to follow a brief exactly and flag what is missing rather than assume
• Background in law, writing, research, or communications is an advantage — but not a requirement if the writing is strong
