What We’re Looking For A dynamic writer to support content for the largest police-news outlet in the world.

Responsibilities The Job:

• Produce news and editorial content with a truthful pro-police voice.
• Self-editing content for grammar and spelling.
• Conduct interviews for feature profiles.
• Do investigative research for feature profiles.
• Choosing strong, safe photos and writing engaging headlines and copy.
• Insert social media links when necessary and create or find featured image.

• Demonstrate strong writing and grammar skills.
• Have a portfolio of written content you can show us.
• Autonomous and requiring minimal guidance.
• Creative within the parameters of directives provided.
• Takes criticism and feedback constructively.
• Responds quickly to corrections, changes and required edits.
• Knowledge in Canva, Vimeo, YouTube, and all social media platforms.
• Must have a computer (desktop or laptop are both acceptable) capable of editing photos and written content. Must have high speed internet connection.
