WSH Coordinator

Location: Joo Koon (HQ), with travel to Tuas, Bukom and Jurong Island

Work type: Full time, permanent

Pay: $3,000 – $4,000 per month

Description:

Our client, an established industrial services company, is looking for a WSH Coordinator to join its HSEQ department, reporting to the HSEQ Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement WSH programmes, policies and procedures across office and site operations
• Conduct site inspections and safety audits, and follow up on corrective actions until closure
• Review risk assessments, method statements and work permits for site activities
• Investigate incidents and near misses, and prepare reports and recommendations
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and inductions
• Maintain WSH records and documentation, and ensure compliance with MOM and other regulatory requirements
• Support operations at Tuas Avenue, Bukom, Jurong Island and other sites as required

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a WSH Coordinator or in a similar role
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or equivalent
• Registered WSH Coordinator is preferred
• Bilingual is preferred
• Comfortable with regular site travel and wearing PPE
