We’re seeking a high-performing Wealth Solutions Partner to lead strategy, client relationships, and revenue growth across Sydney. In this role, you’ll connect high-value clients to integrated Wealth, Insurance, and Lending solutions that deliver genuine, life-changing results.

What you’ll do

• Lead new and existing client engagements, uncovering opportunities and driving meaningful outcomes
• Act as the strategic connector between Wealth Management clients and specialists across Accounting, Advisory, Tax, and Wealth
• Own the full client journey—from first conversation through to long-term partnership
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver sophisticated, multi-dimensional solutions

About you

• Licensed advisor with strong commercial instincts and a genuine passion for creating exceptional client outcomes
• Skilled at building trust, identifying opportunities, and delivering strategic solutions
• Curious, collaborative, and driven by results
• Comfortable managing a territory with some travel across greater Sydney
