W/WW - Project Manager/Professional Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a W/WW - Project Manager/Professional Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This remote role will oversee water and wastewater project execution from planning through delivery, with a strong focus on civil engineering design, constructability, and client satisfaction.

The position combines technical leadership, budget oversight, and mentoring responsibilities while supporting business development and cross-functional coordination on public infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will bring deep consulting experience and the ability to balance technical quality, timelines, and stakeholder relationships in a dynamic project environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage public water and wastewater systems projects
• Lead design efforts for civil projects, ensuring efficiency and constructability
• Estimate labor hours, monitor project budgets, and support budget reviews
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring satisfaction
• Mentor junior engineers and design professionals
• Support business development efforts for new project opportunities
• Write technical reports and prepare marketing presentations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a consulting engineer specializing in water and wastewater systems
• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
• Valid Oklahoma P.E.
• Strong understanding of civil design and construction standards, along with environmental constraints
• Demonstrated ability to meet project budgets and timelines
• Proven client relationship development abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD
