Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced X-Ray Technician to join the healthcare team in Concord, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of acute care experience and meet all Massachusetts licensure and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures according to physician orders.
• Position patients properly and ensure accurate imaging.
• Operate radiologic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow radiation safety and protection standards.
• Verify patient information and exam orders before procedures.
• Monitor patients during procedures and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of examinations and procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized imaging environment.
• Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and regulatory standards.

Required Licensure & Certifications

• R.T.(R)(ARRT) registration required, or registry-eligible with R.T.(R)
• Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license required
• BLS certification required

Must-Have Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic radiography procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.
