Summary:

Our busy orthopaedic clinic is looking for a skilled X-ray Technologist to join our Kennewick location assisting in our x-ray department. The X-ray Technologist is a per-diem, non-exempt position responsible for providing imaging care to patients under physician supervision/direction in a fast paced setting.

Compensation:

Base pay of $25 with a per diem differential of $5 for a total of $30 an hour

Position Duties:

Basic Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing patients for radiological procedures
• Protecting patients, self, and other employees from radiation hazards
• Maintaining required records in an efficient, orderly, and compliant manner
• Cleans, maintains, and makes minor adjustments to radiographic equipment, including identifying needed repairs
• Maintains radiographic supplies as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Licens****es and Qualifications:

Required:

• Certified radiologic technologist certificate/diploma from an accredited institution
• Current and unrestricted radiologic certification from the State of Washington
• Current and unrestricted certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Current CPR certificate

Preferred:

• Clinical x-ray technologist experience, preferred
