X-Ray Technologist - Full Time

Care Medical Imaging Clinic in Richmond-hill, ON is seeking a dedicated full-time X-Ray technologist to join our thriving team. Qualifications:

• CMRITO and BMD certifications
• Knowledge of medical devices, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Being compassionate and respectful towards the patients
• Mindset focused on solving problems for patients
• Ability to effectively collaborate with team members including front desk staff, other technologists, clinic’s manager.
• Prior experience in a medical imaging clinic considered an asset
• Ability to commute/relocate before starting the work

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform timely and quality X-Ray procedures
• Greet and explain the procedures to patients and answer their questions to reduce anxieties and obtain patient cooperation
• Ensure operation of X-Ray equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
• Check supplies in X-Ray rooms and notify Front Office Manager of any needed supplies
• Clean all equipment using disinfectant techniques before and after each patient use

• Weekdays: 8 AM - 6 PM
• Saturdays: 8 AM - 3 PM
