X-Ray Technologist - Physician's Practice

Sampson Regional Medical Center is hiring an X-Ray Technologist to join the Practice Management team!

Description:

The Radiologic Technologist is multifaceted healthcare professional who performs both diagnostic imaging and clinical support tasks. This role involves assisting physicians in providing comprehensive patient care by conducting imaging exams, managing patient records, and performing various clinical duties.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program required.
• Registry with the ARRT in Radiography required.
• Previous medical office or health care setting experience preferred.
• General knowledge of other imaging modalities preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate computer knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills required.

Hours:

This is a full-time position working 32 - 36 hours per week. Hours will vary based on practice hours of operation.
