工作职责： 1、针对不同保险产品、场景及客户群体，参与开发创新产品、进行费率厘定和定价模型开发； 2、对保险产品、风险模型、风险策略进行数据分析，并推动形成落地举措，支持业务决策； 3、参与评估产险业务各项准备金，进行业务品质的经验分析和财务预测。 任职资格： 1、2027届优秀应届毕业生，精算专业或取得精算相关证书等优先； 2、良好的沟通能力、协作能力、学习能力和专业水平； 3、取得自身专业相关的资格证书优先； 4、有知名企业实习经验者优先； 5、根据笔试及专业面试情况，双选分配至精算、数据（分析/挖掘）等相关岗位。 截止日期：2027年05月31日 招聘人数：10人
