该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 重点方向： 聚焦客户交互能力设计和提升，通过过程漏斗分析、客户声音研究等方式寻找交互优化机会，提升客户问题解决率和客户体验，优化经营投产； 岗位职责： ①策略分析：针对现有交互方案（含IVR导航）过程环节漏斗分析，聚焦交互环节损耗、流程不畅影响客户体验和问题解决的问题点，梳理优化机会和方案 ②优化推动：基于环节漏斗、客户声音分析，明确和涉及交互提升方案及具体策略与专业公司侧、科技侧、队伍侧联动，形成具体可落地方案 ③复盘优化：组织方案产品验收、客户声音和体验复盘，收集使用反馈，完成项目复盘，沉淀产品优化经验与方法论 任职资格： 本科以上学历，计算机、软件工程、产品设计等相关专业优先；
