Role: Senior Python Engineer – AI Evaluation

Mode of Work: Remote

Engagement: Freelance / Project-Based

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Technical Qualification:

• 4+ years of expertise in Python or equivalent proficiency in other programming languages.
• Practical experience in preference data collection and/or evaluation rubric development .
• Experience developing and improving evaluation frameworks and rubrics .
• Experience reviewing and annotating datasets with a high-quality standard.
• Ability to construct and maintain pipelines and infrastructure .
• Strong analytical skills with proven high-caliber judgment.

What You’ll Work On:

• Develop and improve rubrics and evaluation frameworks.
• Review and annotate datasets while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Build and maintain pipelines and supporting infrastructure.
• Consolidate insights into concise write-ups and progress updates.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to develop repeatable evaluation processes.

Availability & Infrastructure:

• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Candidate must have a personal laptop/computer suitable for completing the project tasks.
• High-speed and reliable internet connectivity is mandatory.
• Should be able to maintain a stable remote working environment throughout the engagement.
