Key Responsibilities:

• Convert manuscripts (Word, PDF, InDesign) into XML using defined DTD/Schema
• Tag content accurately as per journal/book specifications
• Validate XML files using tools and ensure error-free output
• Perform quality checks on converted files for structure and formatting
• Work on stylesheets (XSLT/CSS) for content rendering (HTML/PDF)
• Handle metadata tagging (authors, affiliations, references, etc.)
• Coordinate with QA, editors, and production teams
• Troubleshoot XML errors and ensure timely delivery
• Follow publisher-specific guidelines and workflows

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of XML, HTML, and CSS

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree (Any stream)
