What they need
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Radiology Technician or BMO at AlignLife of Central Florida, supporting our Buffalo Ridge, Ocala East, and Ocala West offices. Beyond performing diagnostic imaging, this position is a key contributor to the growth and reputation of our practice. Every X-ray, patient interaction, and consultation is an opportunity to educate patients, build trust, and support their journey toward long-term wellness.
As a Radiology Technician or BMO, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures (such as X-rays), prepare patients for examinations, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure imaging equipment is in top condition. Just as importantly, you will help create a patient experience that drives retention, referrals, and positive community reputation. You'll partner with our doctors and care team to clearly communicate findings, reinforce the value of care plans, and help patients confidently move forward with treatment. Pay is commensurate with experience, with opportunities to grow alongside a practice that is actively expanding.
What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-rays) and tests and prepare patients for examinations with a warm, professional, patient-first approach
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Serve as a brand ambassador for AlignLife, contributing to a welcoming environment that encourages patient loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals
- Support new patient onboarding and help educate patients on the value of their recommended care plans
- Collaborate with the clinical and front-office teams to support conversion of new patients into active, engaged members of the practice
- Contribute ideas that improve patient flow, experience, and practice efficiency across our three locations
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Radiology Technician or BMO program
- Licensure and certification as a Radiology Technician or BMO in the state of Florida
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience with diagnostic imaging procedures and imaging equipment
- Excellent patient care and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
- A growth-minded, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Interest in contributing to the success and expansion of a growing practice
