We’re a proud family‑owned business looking for a reliable, hardworking Yard Hand to join our Burleigh Heads team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping things organised.

The Yard Hand role at Lindores Construction Logistics is an entry-level to intermediate position that focuses on yard operations, equipment handling, and supporting the crane hire business.

Main Duties

• Wash, detail and prepare tower crane equipment for hire
• Load and unload trucks
• Move equipment around the yard
• Operate forklifts (training can be provided)
• Assist workshop technicians and riggers
• Collect and deliver parts and equipment
• Maintain yard cleanliness, organisation and safety
• Stock control and general yard duties
• Manual handling and physical labour
• Work outdoors in an industrial environment

Essential Requirements

• Current Australian C Class Driver's Licence
• Construction White Card
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Attention to detail
• Unrestricted Australian working rights

Advantageous Although Not Essential

• Forklift Licence
• Mechanical aptitude
• Previous yard or industrial experience
