We’re looking for a reliable and organized Yard Person to join our team at Scarboro Toyota in Osborne Park, part of Regent Motors Group.

This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll help keep our vehicle yard organized, safe and running smoothly. From receiving incoming vehicles to getting them ready for the workshop, wash bay or dispatch, your contribution will help our teams deliver a great customer experience.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely moving and positioning vehicles throughout the yard in line with site procedures.
• Receiving incoming vehicles and checking stock against delivery documentation.
• Conducting basic vehicle condition checks and promptly reporting any damage.
• Organizing vehicles for pre-delivery inspections, the wash bay and dispatch in the required priority order.
• Maintaining allocated parking bays, following yard signage and keeping movement lanes clear.
• Supporting the Workshop Controller and Fleet Coordinator with vehicle readiness.
• Accurately completing vehicle movement logs and handover records.
• Carrying out daily yard housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment.

About you

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and brings:

• A current WA driver’s license permitting you to drive both manual and automatic vehicles — essential.
• Previous experience in a vehicle yard, dealership or automotive logistics environment, preferred.
• The physical capacity to undertake active yard duties and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow documented procedures.
• A reliable, punctual approach and a willingness to help the team.
