Job Summary

To provide exceptional support to an existing team of Plant Personnel.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance includes moving equipment, tools, signs, and miscellaneous materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in Yard, Shop and other assigned areas.
• Ensure Yard and Plant are well maintained and all assets are meeting project requirements.
• Follow company policies and procedures in all areas.
• Must work well with others and communicate with co-workers
• Maintain accurate data, while upholding the company confidentiality practices.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year experience in physical labor, preferred.
• Knowledge of Heavy Construction, preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
• Attention to detail, meticulous organizational skills.
• High School diploma or GED, preferred.
• Ability to learn new tasks, integrate and tactfully assimilate processes.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to physically perform the task of a Laborer.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and stand and safely work around heavy equipment.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather, including extremely hot and extremely cold temperatures.
• Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the facility.
• Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
