Eberhard’s Dairy Products is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Yard Hostler / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position combines yard hostling duties with refrigerated warehouse responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Swing Shift: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Pay

• Starting at $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Safely move trailers within the facility yard and dock areas.
• Position trailers for loading and unloading operations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Assist with loading and unloading refrigerated trailers.
• Accurately handle and stage products within the warehouse.
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and yard areas.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, drivers, and supervisors.
• Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A License required.
• Manual transmission experience required.
• Safe driving record and commitment to operating equipment responsibly.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products as required.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
