What they need
POSITION SUMMARY: This is a yard switching position moving 48ft tractor trailers and 28ft straight trucks throughout the yard and to docks using a yard horse. Overtime hours, working weekends and holidays, and starting at various start times are required in order to successfully meet the business needs.
- CDL CLASS A REQUIRED****
- CDL A: $31.50/hr. (1 year experience as a yard jockey required)
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Life Insurance
- Time off Package which includes Vacation, Sick and Holidays
- No touch freight or heavy lifting
Shift
- Training Schedule: Rotating schedule, start times: 10am, 3pm, 6pm (all are required)
- One weekend day required (must be willing to work a Saturday or Sunday)
- Days off: Saturday OR Sunday and one day in the middle of the week
