Overview

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on Yard Manager / Fence Service Technician to join our fencing company. You’ll keep our yard running smoothly, prepare materials for installation crews, and help with fence repairs and deliveries.

If you take pride in your work, show up on time, and can stay productive without constant supervision, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

· Manage daily yard operations and keep materials, tools, and equipment organized.

· Load and unload fencing materials using a forklift.

· Prepare materials and equipment so installation crews are ready for the day.

· Perform fence service and repair work as needed.

· Deliver materials to job sites and assist with field operations.

· Operate company vehicles for work-related tasks.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly yard and work environment.

What We’re Looking For

· A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Reliable transportation to and from our shop each day.

· Dependability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.

· The ability to work independently and cooperate with a team.

· The ability to lift and move heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

· Forklift experience preferred.

· Fencing experience is a plus but is not required.

· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening when required for customer job sites.
