What You'll Do

Keep our recycling operation running smoothly by:

• Assisting with daily yard operations
• Loading, unloading, sorting, and moving materials throughout the facility
• Supporting equipment operators and fellow team members
• Safely using hand and power tools
• Keeping the yard clean, organized, and safe
• Identifying materials and placing them in designated areas
• Reporting equipment concerns and safety issues
• Following all company safety procedures and guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 pounds
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required

Work Environment

This role is primarily outdoors in a busy recycling yard. You'll stay active throughout the day, walking, lifting, bending, sorting materials, and supporting daily operations. PPE is provided, and safety is always our top priority.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk frequently throughout the workday
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Bend, stoop, crouch, and reach as needed
• Work safely around equipment and moving materials
• Perform duties in various weather conditions
